Welcome to the Chester & North Wales Law Society Website

The Chester and North Wales Law Society was instituted in 1859 and incorporated in 1881.

The objects of the society is to support the character, status, and interests of Solicitors practising in the Society’s area, the promotion of honourable practice, the repression of malpractice, the settlement of disputed points of practice, and the decision of all questions of professional usage or courtesy in conducting legal business of all kinds.
