Dafydd Roberts, Barrister – Dafydd is an experienced criminal barrister, called to the Bar in 1998, who defends cases of all categories of serious crime such as murder, rape and other serious sexual offences including offences committed using the internet, arson, drug driving, serious assaults and public order offences, fraud and other offences involving dishonesty, robbery and serious drug offences.
Jemma Gordon, Barrister – Jemma was called to the Bar in 2015 and is a criminal law specialist. She is instructed to represent clients at all stages of criminal proceedings in the Magistrates Court and the Crown Court defending cases such as those involving possession of drugs, violent disorder, assaults and death by dangerous driving; a case reported in the Daily Telegraph. Jemma has also successfully appealed a manifestly excessive sentence in the Court of Appeal. Jemma is experienced in dealing with vulnerable clients and witnesses.
