Speakers
Joe Dooher – WRA Senior Policy Adviser, Land Transaction Tax
Joe leads on the WRA’s approach to LTT policy, providing technical advice and support on complex LTT issues and working with Welsh Government colleagues to develop wider tax policy. Joe engages widely with practitioners to test and shape the WRA’s approach and guidance, so that it they are both effective and well understood.

Neil Butt – WRA Head of Customer and Engagement
Neil heads up a small team that specialise in customer insights and works closely with WRA system users to ensure that the services we provide meet customer needs and enable the efficient filing and payment of tax.
