The National Law Society continues to look at the issue of gender equality in the legal profession. Last year, the society ran a series of roundtable discussions across the country, with females only, the results of which have been published nationally. Now similar roundtables are being held with males in the profession.

CNWLS held a female roundtable which was extremely informative and productive and is now offering the chance to male members of the profession to take part in a similar discussion.

Chris Topping, President of the Liverpool Law Society, and a Male Champion for Change, has agreed to lead the discussion for CNWLS members.
