Land Transaction Tax Forum

We are pleased to announce that we will be holding a Tax Forum in March. This forum is for solicitors, conveyancers and their teams who file and pay Land Transaction Tax (LTT) and regularly use our services.
The forum will consist of training workshops in the following areas:
Higher Rate Transactions
- Replacement of main residence, civil partner or spouse buying alone, acquisition following separation.
Linked Transactions
- What a linked transaction is, how to complete the return, and how to calculate the tax.
Multiple Dwellings Relief
- When the relief applies, subsidiary dwellings, and how to calculate the relief
The first two workshops will be the same as at previous tax forums.
You will have the opportunity to attend all three workshops. In addition you can give feedback on our services and areas of LTT where you would like us to provide further training and support.
