  • The Standards that will be breached in different circumstances
  • The seriousness of the breaches
  • Recording/reporting breaches
  • Remedial action required
  • SRA Risk Scores applying to certain incidents

Speaker: Brian Rogers is Director of Regulation and Compliance at the Riliance Group Limited, and advises law firms, other regulated entities, and businesses generally on regulation and compliance matters.

Brian is a prolific Linkedin blogger on all things regulation and compliance, and his daily blogs are always read by representatives from all the major regulators, for example, the Solicitors Regulation Authority, Legal Services Board, Financial Conduct Authority, Chartered Institute of Legal Executives, Council for Licensed Conveyancers, Bar Standards Board.
